Frequently Asked Questions

  • We always recommend booking in advance to guarantee your room, especially on weekends. However, we do sometimes have space for walk-ins, so you are welcome to drop by and see if we have availability.

  • Our rooms range in size to fit anything from small groups up to parties of 25-30 guests. Please be aware that your room is allocated automatically based on the number of guests in your booking. If your group size changes, please let us know in advance, as your allocated room may no longer be suitable.

  • We allocate private rooms based on the group size that you booked. If your numbers increase, please contact us in advance so we can check if a larger room is required and available. For safety reasons, if you arrive with unannounced guests and the room cannot accommodate them, the additional guests may be refused entry.

  • We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations.

  • We operate a “smart casual” dress code. We want you to feel comfortable, but we kindly ask you to avoid any sportswear. We reserve the right to refuse entry based on dress code.

  • We recommend that you arrive on time to get the most out of your session, but we understand delays can happen. We will hold your room for 15 minutes from the start time and where we have back-to-back bookings, we may not be able to give you your full time. If you know you are running late, please give us a quick call so we can try our best to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee an extension.

  • Our packages include Bar Spend, which is a credit amount that goes directly towards your tab. This means the money you pay for the Bar Spend is not a room hire fee, it is yours to spend on our full menu of cocktails, drinks and food during your booking.

  • The Bar Spend acts as a minimum spend requirement for the booking, so any unused credit is non-refundable. However, we want to make sure you get the full value of your package. Our team will check your tab during the last 20-30 minutes of your session and let you know if you have any credit remaining, giving you plenty of time to order your final round of drinks.

  • Our system is connected to a cloud database, where it is regularly updated. The latest songs can be found below:

  • We operate a Challenge 25 policy, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25, please bring a valid form of physical photo ID (Passport or Driving License).

  • Yes, a discretionary 10% service charge is added to your final bill. We believe in rewarding the hard work of our staff, so 100% of this charge goes directly to the team who looked after you on the night. As it is discretionary, you are welcome to ask our staff to remove the service charge if you wish.

  • Yes. We believe non-alcoholic drinks should be just as exciting as the spirited ones. We offer a selection of “No and Low” cocktails that use the same premium craftsmanship as our main menu.

  • We offer a curated menu of bar snacks and light bites designed to pair perfectly with our cocktails.

  • We welcome under 18s until 8pm, provided they are accompanied by a supervising adult. However, for licensing reasons, alcohol is not permitted inside the room while under 18s are present. Soft drinks and mocktails are available. Due to the loud nature of our environment, and lack of baby changing facilities, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 4.

  • You are welcome to bring balloons, or small decorations. However, we kindly ask that you avoid confetti, glitter and anything that will damage our walls or surfaces. Please use freestanding decorations only.
